Directions for Your DigitalDerm, Inc. MoleMapCD Session:

From I-95, Points North

• Exit I-95 at SR 836 West
• Exit SR 836 at N.W. 14th Street
• Turn RIGHT onto N.W. 12th Avenue and continue North. UM/Sylvester will be on the RIGHT
• Valet parking is available at center's entrance

From I-95, Points South and East

• Exit I-95 at SR 836 West
• Exit SR 836 at N.W. 12th Avenue and turn RIGHT onto N.W. 12th Avenue
• Continue north on N.W. 12 Avenue just past N.W. 14th Street UM/ Sylvester will be on the RIGHT
• Valet parking is available at center's entrance

From SR 836, the Airport, and Points West

• Take SR 836 East and exit at N.W. 17th Avenue, North (the Hospitals and Civic Center Exit), which is just past the tollbooth. The exit will curve around to the left and connect with N.W. 17th Avenue
• Turn RIGHT on N.W. 17th Avenue and cross over the Miami River Bridge.
• Once over the bridge, take the first RIGHT onto N.W. North River Drive
• Take the first LEFT onto N.W. 13th Terrace until it converts into N.W. 14th Street
• Turn LEFT onto N.W. 12th Avenue and UM/Sylvester will be immediately on the RIGHT
• Valet parking is available at center's entrance

Public Transportation

Located just steps away from the Civic Center Metro Station on N.W. 12th Avenue, UM/Sylvester is conveniently located for those using public transportation. In fact, hundreds of patients, visitors, and employees do it every day.

Bus

For information on bus route schedules and itineraries, call Miami-Dade Transit Information System at 305-770-3131 from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., on weekdays, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends. Pre-recorded information is available 24 hours a day. Many bus routes travel to UM/Sylvester and the University of Miami Medical Campus. For a detailed map and route information, log on to http://www.co.miami-dade.fl.us/transit/ and proceed to the section titled Route Maps and Schedules (under the sub-head Metrobus) on the left-hand side of the page. This will allow you to view the various routes that lead to UM/Sylvester. Just look for the Civic Center Station on the map.

Metrorail

Exit Metrorail at the Civic Center Station on N.W. 12th Avenue. UM/Sylvester is south of the Metrorail station at the northeast corner of the N.W. 12th Avenue and N.W. 14th Street intersection. For a detailed map of the various Metrorail stations, you may also log on to http://www.co.miami-dade.fl.us/transit/ and go to the section titled Stations (under the sub-head Metrorail) on the left hand side of the page.

Tri-Rail

Take Tri-Rail to the Metrorail station at 79th Street in Hialeah. Take Metrorail South and exit at the Metrorail Civic Center Station on N.W. 12th Avenue. UM/Sylvester is located at the northeast corner of the N.W. 12th Avenue and N.W. 14th Street intersection. For more information on getting to UM/Sylvester by tri-rail, log on to http://www.tri-rail.com/ and then click on Destinations.

The receptionist will notify the photographer of your arrival and direct you to the waiting area.
Your photographer will escort you to the imaging suite at your appointment time.
The imaging will be done in POD-5, or room 5 on the first floor by the OPD-1 clinic.
