MoleMapCD Service Pricing
The current price of a MoleMapCD is $295. This covers all components of the service: scheduling, the imaging session, production of two MoleMapCDs, shipping and handling costs and insurance submission documents. As with most medical imaging procedures, payment is required at time of service.
An increasing number of health insurance companies and self-insured health plans recognize MoleMapCD as a reimbursable medical expense under CPT category I Code 96904, Whole Body Integumentary Photography. Your coverage will depend on your health insurance policy type, deductibles and co-payments. If you have an HSA medical policy, you may pay for services with your HSA credit card or reimburse yourself directly from your HSA account.
DigitalDerm also has instituted the below payment options to meet your needs:
- Checks and Credit Cards – You may pay for your MoleMapCD with either a personal check or credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover).
- Credit Card Installment Plan – This was developed for the individual on a budget. There is no interest charged when choosing this option. Below are the plan particulars:
- An initial payment of $73.75 will be charged to your credit card at the time of scheduling.
- Three equal payments of $73.75 will be charged to your credit card on the 20th of each month.
- The effective date of credit card used must be after the date of the last payment.
