Integrating MoleMapCD into your Practice: All that is required by the practice is a written referral sent to DigitalDerm. DigitalDerm handles the rest.

MoleMapCD Pricing: There is no cost for the medical practice. The MoleMapCD service includes patient scheduling, the imaging session, production of two MoleMapCDs, shipping and handling costs, and the support of patient filing for insurance reimbursement. The patient price for the MoleMapCD is $349-395.

MoleMapCD Imaging: MoleMapCD contains 36 high-resolution images of the patient’s skin from head to toe. It also includes speed-optimized viewing software that runs on any Windows PC.

Physician Start-up Kit: DigitalDerm will provide the necessary brochures and forms, including the referral form. To receive the Physician Start-up Kit, please contact DigitalDerm.
